Bring on 2012!

Welcome 2012 – we are looking forward to a year of productive creativity and learning more each day.

We have some very exciting projects on this year’s agenda and we are lucky enough for them to be situated with some of the Central Coasts best views.

Lan Yue Ge has been featured in the current Luxury Homes Magazine Vol 14 No 6, Award Winning Design New South Wales and Best Abodes Part 5, all of which are on sale now.

Rustic Touch is also a finalist for the Australian Building Designers Award which will be announced in April this year and the Australian Housing Awards for Bathroom Design of the Year.

Our energy bills are rising very quickly now so it has never been more important to take Solar Passive Design and energy efficiency seriously.

To reduce summer morning heat gain in your home, draw your blinds or curtains on the east side of your home until the sun no longer hits the glass of the window (even more efficient is the use of external shading). Repeat this again for the setting western sun.
