The Point Cottage was designed by “Envirotecture” under criteria of a Passive House, a building technique which is very much about attention to detail and diligence. And built by the team at Rustic Touch, following these principles.
Sustainable building techniques not only aligned with both the builders and owners’ ideology, it brought heart to their new home by the reuse of the original cottage timber flooring to become a recurring visual statement. With the result being a healthy home that fits our clients’ needs, wants and encapsulates the tranquility of its environment.
