A returning client approached us with a desire to complete an addition to their existing property that they had previously renovated from a run-down cabin.
As the project reflected our own core values, we couldn’t wait to begin and add our Rustic Touch flair.
The project entailed building a new home at the rear of the property with the goal of creating a seamless transition between the two zones via a deck and pool area designed to give the clients a relaxing oasis to entertain guests in.
Cross ventilation and solar gain were achieved through the inclusion of raked ceilings and numerous windows to encourage the continuous flow of breezes and sunlight throughout the home.
