We have known the team at Rustic Touch for the past 5 years, since we purchased a house on the Central Coast. Our intention in buying the property was to knock down and rebuild a new house on the beach. Rustic Touch worked with us in planning, designing the house to suit our needs, and then project managing the construction process through to completion in July 2011.
In selecting the right designer/builder we had a strong preference to work with a local player who could provide a total solution. In addition, as most of the construction occurred whilst we were living overseas, we needed a party who had very strong project management and communication skills and who we were confident would be totally reliable and trustworthy.
