We approached Rustic Touch to help finalise the design for our new home. Their experience in both design layout and building practicality was able to deliver great solutions while keeping costs under control. We sought tenders for the final plans and Rustic came in at the best price and quality for the project making them our selected builder.
We were based in Melbourne and had just contracted Rustic when COVID hit and we were locked down for 2020. Rustic pressed on with the project keeping us fully informed on the build and discussing options and decisions along the way. Their attention to detail was great and they treated the build as though it was their own home. The foundations and engineering were thorough and multiple adjustments were made to optimise little details throughout the progress and completion of the build.
They finished the project on time and our first view of the finished home was a huge relief and pleasure. Rustic Touch has been a pleasure to work with and would be our choice for another build.
