The Collection Process

From the moment we meet, until you’re settled and comfortable in your new home, we’ll guide you through every step.

Finding the right home for you

Your home should fit your life seamlessly. That's why we start by understanding your lifestyle, daily routines, and priorities.

We'll start by finding the perfect floor plan from our collection, then guide you through finish selections. We'll also explore any modifications or customisations to ensure your home fits seamlessly with your lifestyle and budget.

Selections

We've done the hard work of curating a beautiful, cohesive palette of colours and surfaces - making your selections straightforward and enjoyable.

We'll guide you through the options, helping you create a cohesive look with room for personalised touches throughout.

 
Your final quote + contract signing

Once you’ve finalised all your interior selections and upgrades to personalise your home, we provide your final quotation for your review prior to preparing your contract.

A 10% deposit (minus initial deposits paid) is required to commence the build. We ensure you’re informed on what to expect during the build and discuss any queries you may have.

Watch your home take shape

After all the planning and permits are approved, we let you know the specific start and completion dates of the build. There will be site visits for the four key stages of the build, but you’re welcome to additional site visits by organising a suitable time with your site manager.

 
 
With you beyond move-in day

Living well in your new home matters to us, which is why our support continues after handover.

Within your first 90 days, simply notify our maintenance team of any concerns. We'll inspect and resolve issues without delay, ensuring your home is perfect.
